Sometimes things happen and you realize it is too late to undo them. I was so excited as I sat here and started cranking out my posts for this week and clicked “save” only to realize that I just changed things for several weeks of posts without meaning to do so.
Mistakes happen. We have to learn to deal with it. I can’t change it. I can’t undo it. I can only learn from it and move forward knowing that I will need to be more careful in the future. I also know that I will be making a note for myself that I will post that states, “Do not save reusable blocks once you changed the content!”
Reusable blocks in WordPress are wonderful things for bloggers. Just know that if you change anything in them, you will need to make sure that when you hit save, you want to update it across the entire site. Otherwise, uncheck it.
